UC = Unique Collaborations
Upper Class – Les Enfants Terribles was born from a collaboration of various artists in Zurich, coming together to form an internationally recognized graffiti crew in the 90s. This collaborative spirit remains a core part of our company DNA, extending beyond product collaborations.
Our artistic roots, creative background, and extensive network inspire and enable us to develop and execute unique collaboration concepts in clothing design and production, commercialization strategies, and events.
Our founder, Afshin “le Bon” Etesamifar, with his strong track record as a Creative Director and Project Manager, ensures the successful realization of any collaboration project.
Upper Class X Benci Brothers
What started as a simple request for a sample for a photo shooting developed into a collaboration of likeminded companies but overall likeminded people, sharing their philosophies and passion for high quality craftsmanship and products. Benci Brothers hosted Upper Class Jeans for 2 events in their flagship store in Zürich and there is more in the pipeline…
Benci Brothers is passionate about handmade shoes, boots and sneakers as well as leather accessories. The majority of their products are made in Italy in selected manufactories. They are preferably family-run, small companies that share with us the same passion in leather processing. This has a great influence on the brand and its philosophy.
Upper Class X Dee Cee Style
A fantastic collaboration with Zurich based and internationally recognised premium sportswear and denim store DeeCee Style.
Limited and co-branded edition of 100 pairs jeans made in Italy from finest 13,5 OZ selvage raw denim from Japanese premium manufacturer Kuroki.
Upper Class X John Baker
Our first collaboration in which denim is used in it´s very original purpose for real workwear. Together with John Baker we developed denim work-overalls for their bakers underlining their company philosophy of authentic and artisinal baking craftmanship.
We used robust but comfortable 14,5 Oz organic raw denim. The overalls were manufactured in a small atelier in Italy and are featuring labels of both companies.
Upper Class X Whiskey Union
Another collaboration using the denim fabrics for it´s orginal workwear purpose. Whiskey Union, a branch of Diegeo, was looking for unique and authentic apron style for their brand ambassadors across Germany. The aprons are featuring functional details briefed by experienced bar tenders, like pockets in the right place and size and detachable leather straps with high quality metal snap hooks.
We used robust 14.8 Oz japanese raw selvage black denim and organic leather. The aprons were hand made in a small family atelier in Italy.
For us this was proof of concept that denim is the perfect fabric for stylish and durable bar aprons. We are able to customize the fabric choice on demand. If you are interested in equipping your bar team(s) with a unique and customized apron contact us at collaborations@upperclass.ch.
