Do you have questions we haven´t answered good enough or not at all through the content of our website?
Since we have just launched our online shop , we have tried best possible to anticipate the most important questions you might have in this FAQ section.
But of course you can always reach us directly with more specific questions under usee@upperclass.ch. Every relevant question that might pop up more often will then help to extend our FAQs section here.

Shipping.

How much will the shipping costs be?

Switzerland: Within Switzerland we don´t charge shipment costs.

Europe: Within Europe shipment is free for all orders with a higher value than 150 CHF.  Otherwise the shipment fee is 20 CHF.

Rest of the World: We don´t have standard shipping cost rates in place for outside Europe currently. Please contact us at customerservice@upperclass.ch and we will do our best to find a customized solution.

Can I change shipping address after the order was confirmed?

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact us immediately at customerservice@upperclass.ch with your order details (Name, Order number and contact details.  If your order hasn´t been shipped so far we will change the delivery address accordingly. In case your order has already been shipped , we can´t guarantee anything but will  do our very best to re-route.

Safe shopping at Upper Class Jeans

We use Six Payment Services as our payment provider, guaranteeing secured payments. Your data will be processed through a secured terminal. Please find more information about data protection in the privacy policy of Saferpay (Six Paxment Services).

We also offer safe payments via PayPal. You data will be processed through the Paypal terminal via a secured connection. Please find more information about data protection in the privacy policy of PayPal .

How long will the delivery take?

We aim to ship every order within 2 working days after order confirmation (respectively payment validation).  We are shipping with “Die Post” standard service.  When we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

You should expect following delivery times , to :

Switzerland &Liechtenstein:   3-5 working days (excluding public holidays)

Germany & Austria: 5-10 working days (depending on custom administrations and processes of your respective country and excluding public holidays)

Rest of Europe: 7 -10 working days (depending on custom administrations and processes of your respective country and excluding public holidays)

Outside Europe: We don´t offer standard shipping outside of Europe currently. Please contact us at customerservice@upperclass.ch and we will find an individual solution.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order we will send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number of the logistics provider.

Ordering & Payment.

Is the item available in your online shop?

We update our inventory permanently. If an article is sold it will be marked as “sold out”.

How do I know that my order was accepted?

When you place an order at upperclass.ch an order overview will be sent to your email address.

When you order is confirmed and ready to be shipped, we will send you an order confirmation with a tracking number.

In case you haven´t received any eMails from us, please check your spam folder. Still nothing? Don’t hesitate in contacting customerservice@upperclass.ch

How will Upper Class handle my personal data?

Upper Class handles any personal data with the utmost respect of your privacy. You can find all details in our Privacy Policy.

Which payment methods are accepted in your online shop?

We accept all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express as well as PayPal.

Why isn't my payment accepted?

Upper Class GmbH reserves the right to check the validity of the credit cards, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card.  Upper Class GmbH might need to refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.

Verify that you have sufficient credit limit on your credit credit card before placing an order. Also, credit card companies may block foreign and/or online purchases for security reasons, so you may need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.

Returns.

How do I return my order?

In case you need to return a product we accept returns within 14 days after confirmed delivery. The returned item(s) need to be in orginal conditions with all labels attached and no marks of usage.

Please send us an eMail  with your name, the order number , article name , size and reason for the return to customerservice@upperclass.ch and we will contact you with further instructions.

Return shipping and the resulting costs are to be borne by the customer.

 

Do you offer free returns?

No we don’t. Every return is causing additional CO2 emissions, along the return process ( e.g. transportation, packaging, re-furbishing etc).   Please take your time when selecting to increase the chances we deliver a product  matching your needs (fit, size, fabric). If you already have an uncertainty when ordering , please contact us under customerservice@upperclass.ch and we will do our best to help you out.

I have a complaint, what can I do?

Contact our Customer Care team and explain the issue as detailed as possible. Please also provide us with the associated order number together with pictures of the defect area. We’re happy to look into the matter so we can resolve the issue.

Please note that if you bought your item at one of our retail partners you will need to contact them as all claims need to go through the original store of purchase.
