Les Enfants Terribles

Les Enfants Terribles is the tagline that the Upper Class crew originally used to underline the contradiction of street(art) culture and the wealthy and conservative establishment of Zürich.  And it expressed perfectly the different origins of the members of the UC community from all social classes challenging the established conventions and stereotypes.

In the same time as Upper Class stands for “superiority”, the tagline “Les Enfants Terribles” balances it down again to an understatement but independent mindset.

This philosophy and vision inspire and influences us when we are selecting and developing for our label UC – Les Enfants Terribles . materials and manufacture them into high quality products. Independently from any fashion trends, sales seasons, or so-called influencers, we will simply create products that we think fit our (life-) style first. In contrast to UC-ROUGH we don´t limit ourselves to raw fabrics only, but still we always select premium materials and manufacture durable quality products in Europe.

We strive to collaborate with companies and people from many different areas, as long they do things with the same passion and attention for details as we do. . So you can expect not only garments and accessories under the Les Enfants Terribles label, but a variety or products in the future …..maybe a fragrance, a series of spray cans, an umbrella …why not ?
